There is no single best system. The right platform depends on portfolio size, operational complexity, user capability, reporting requirements and organisational priorities. MDFM has experience working with platforms such as MEX, FM Clarity, Urbanise, Asset Journey, FM Xpert, FMI Works, MaintainX and Asset Future, and supports clients in selecting and implementing systems that balance usability with technical depth and budget.
A “Managed CMMS” is a service where MDFM provides ongoing governance of asset data and maintenance workflows. This can include planning, dispatch, contractor compliance, asset updates and reporting as a managed service. A managed CMMS maintains compliance discipline at scale. It prevents fragmented ownership and the asset data decay commonly seen in large or decentralised portfolios.
