Assets are captured on site using structured mobile workflows with embedded quality assurance to ensure asset data is consistent, verifiable and defensible. Photos are taken at point of capture. Existing data is referenced only where it can be verified. The newly captured register becomes the authoritative dataset, reviewed for completeness and consistency to ensure it is defensible for planning, audits and reporting.
