MDFM captures major items of capital and operationally significant assets. The asset list is aligned to legislative obligations and best practice for aged care and retirement living and is tailored to suit each provider. Assets are typically captured across residential rooms or units, common areas, support spaces and external areas. Examples include HVAC systems, electrical switchboards, commercial kitchen equipment, nurse call systems and clinical assets such as patient lifters and electric beds. The register structure is compatible with CMMS and reporting requirements.
